Day 1 : Exploring the Waterways of Tanjung Puting National Park ( L, D)
Upon landing at Pangkalan Bun Airport, our dedicated staff and guide will greet you warmly. From there, we'll whisk you away on a scenic 20-minute transfer to Kumai, where adventure beckons. Your journey truly begins as you step onto our houseboat, your floating sanctuary for the days ahead.
Lunch will be served onboard as we navigate the tranquil waters of Kumai River, transitioning to the majestic Sekonyer River, the lifeline of Tanjung Puting National Park. Enveloped by lush vegetation, including Nipa Palm and Pandanus, you'll be treated to sightings of diverse wildlife, from colorful birds to playful Macaques. As the sun sets, dinner will be served onboard, followed by a restful night in the comfort of our Deluxe or Super Deluxe Houseboat.

Day 2 : Immersive Experiences at Camp Leakey (B, L, D)
After a hearty breakfast, our expedition leads us deeper into the heart of the jungle. Our first stop is Pasalat Camp, where a short hike awaits, offering insights into reforestation efforts and the vital role of endemic fruit trees in supporting the park's ecosystem.
We'll then set our course for Camp Leakey, named after the renowned primatologist Dr. Birute Galdikas. Here, you'll have the opportunity to delve into her pioneering work at the Information Center before venturing into the forest for an unforgettable orangutan feeding experience. As the day progresses, immerse yourself further in the wilderness with a trek through the dense foliage, where encounters with nocturnal creatures await. Back onboard, dinner will be served as we relive the day's adventures under the starlit sky.

Day 3 : Orangutan Encounters and Cultural Insights (B, L, D)
After breakfast, our expedition continues downstream to Pondok Tanggui, another orangutan rehabilitation center. Here, you'll witness these magnificent creatures up close during their feeding time, capturing precious moments through your lens.
A visit to Tanjung Harapan village offers a glimpse into the daily lives of the local Malayans, providing cultural context to your journey. Later, as the sun sets, we'll cruise to the Nipa Palm area, where a mesmerizing display of fireflies awaits, illuminating the night sky.

Day 4 : Wildlife Trekking and Proboscis Monkey Spotting (B, L, D)
Fuel up with breakfast before setting out on an exhilarating wildlife trek from Tanjung Harapan to Sungai Buluh. Along the way, you'll traverse dense forests, listening to the symphony of nature and catching glimpses of elusive creatures.
Returning to the houseboat, lunch will be served as you enjoy leisure time, perfect for spotting Proboscis monkeys lounging along the riverbanks. As darkness descends, we'll head to the nipa palm area once again, where the enchanting glow of fireflies awaits.

Day 5 : Farewell to the Jungle
Savor your final breakfast onboard as we make our way back to Kumai. From there, we'll transfer you to Pangkalan Bun Airport, bidding farewell to the mystical wonders of Tanjung Puting National Park, but carrying memories to last a lifetime.
