Day 1 : Saturday - Tokyo
Arrive at Narita International Airport or Haneda International Airport.
Meet and greet with English speaking assistant and board your shared taxi transfer to your hotel (without assistant).

Day 2 : Sunday - Tokyo (Breakfast)

Full day Tokyo sightseeing using public transportation, lunch not included.
Hamarikyu Gardens > Asakusa (Nakamise doori and Sensoji temple) > Ueno (Toshogu Shrine -Shinobazu Pond) > Meiji Shrine > Shibuya Crossing & Hachiko statue > back to the hotel.
Day 3 : Monday - Tokyo (Breakfast)
Free time at leisure.
Day 4 : Tuesday - Tokyo > Kamakura > Tokyo (Breakfast)
Meet your English speaking guide at the hotel lobby.
Kamakura full day sightseeing with public transportation, lunch not included.
Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, Kotoku-in Temple (Great Buddha statue), Hasedera Shrine.
Back to the hotel.
Day 5 : Wednesday - Tokyo > Takayama (Breakfast)
Your main suitcase will be sent from Tokyo to Kyoto (1 suitcase p.person). Please leave it at the porter/bell desk by the time written on your voucher (You travel with just an overnight bag for your nights in Takayama and Kanazawa)
Meet your English speaking guide at the hotel lobby according to the departure time of your train. Transfer to Shinagawa JR station by public transportation.
Travel to Takayama with your guide by Shinkansen “bullet train” and Jr Limited Express (change train at Nagoya) reserved second class tickets (around 4h traveling)
Half day sightseeing in Takayama, lunch not included: Takayama Jinya and Kami Sannomachi Check in at the hotel

Day 6 : Thursday -Takayama > Shirakawa go > Kanazawa (Breakfast)
Meet your English speaking guide at the Takayama Bus station (3 minutes walking from the hotel).
Travel to Shirakawa Go by local bus, reserved seats. Sightseeing in the ancient, traditional village.
After sightseeing, departure by local bus, reserved seats, to reach Kanazawa.
Sightseeing in Kanazawa: Nomura Samurai House, Kenrokuen Garden.
Check in at the hotel.
Day 7 : Friday - Kanazawa > Kyoto (Breakfast)
Reach Kanazawa station by yourself.
Around 10:00 travel to Kyoto by Jr Limited Express train, second class reserved tickets (around 2h traveling, without guide).
Around 12:00 arrive at Kyoto Station, meet your local English Speaking Assistant and transfer to the hotel for check in.

Day 8 : Saturday - Kyoto (Breakfast - Light Lunch)

Kyoto Full Day sightseeing by public transportation, lunch not included: Nijo Castle (around 1 hour) / Kinkakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion, around 1 hour) / Ryoanji Temple (around 40 minutes) / light buffet lunch Obanzai style, traditional Kyoto home cooking with seasonal products like rice and vegetables (cooked or raw) / Arashiyama (Bamboo Forest, Tenryuji Temple, Togetsukyo Bridge at dawn).
