A four-day tour that will take you on a journey to discover the wonders of Campania, a region rich in cultural and natural treasures.

Discover Naples with the majestic Royal Palace, the San Carlo Theater, and the lively Piazza del Plebiscito. Sail to the the island of Capri, visit the ancient city of Pompeii, buried by the ashes of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site

Day 1 : Naples

  • Arrival in Naples
  • Accomodation in hotel 4* Palazzo Caracciolo MG Gallery or similar, located in the city center

If you arrive in the morning, in the afternoon meeting with the guide and start of the walking tour of Naples. If you arrive in the afternoon, the walking tour will be scheduled the day after.

Naples is the third largest city in Italy. We will take you to discover its historic center and the places that make it famous all over the world. From Piazza Plebiscito, where important statues and palaces stand, such as the Pontifical Royal Basilica of San Francesco di Paola, the statues of Ferdinand I and Charles III, to the royal palace of Naples and the Palazzo della Prefettura.

We will visit the San Carlo Theater and the Umberto I Gallery, the most famous in Naples, the Castel Nuovo, which represents one of the symbols of Naples. Last stop of our walking tour will be the most famous alleys of Naples: the Spanish Quarters, the heart of Naples, discovering glimpses, murals, artisan shops and small really interesting realities that make us understand how much Naples is a special city.

Naples is full of richness, one of these is for sure food. The food that makes Naples famous all around the world is the pizza. A very simple mix of genuine ingredients.

You will taste one of the most exquisite pizza in all of the city… and Italy!

Day 2 : Amalfi Coast

09:00 - 14:00 : Amalfi Coast

From Salerno we’ll start a full day cruise excursion, we will admire the Amalfi Coast from the sea and visit Amalfi and Positano.

From Sorrento we’ll start half day cruise excursion, we will admire the Amalfi Coast from the sea and visit Amalfi and Positano with our English-speaking guide. The sailing will lead you to one of the most beautiful seaside villages of the Amalfi Coast, Positano.

Here you will have free time to explore the meandering streets lined with artisanal local shops or enjoy the local specialty, limoncello! After Positano sailing to Amalfi, it was one of the 4 Maritime Republic of Italy, cities with powerful fleets dominating the trade routes of the Mediterranean. Your guide will tell you the history of this magical place, and show you its most significant places, Piazza Dante, its fountains and the Amalfi Duomo, Amalfi’s meandering alleys and covered passages, Amalfi’s port and arsenal.

15:00 - 17:00 Pompeii

Return to Sorrento, after free time for lunch private transfer to Pompeii, visit the archeological area with English-speaking guide

In 79 A.D. the city was completely buried by the eruption of the Vesuvius volcano, stopping time. Today it is still possible to walk among the Roman domus, the shops and the skilfully built streets, giving an immersive experience and the feeling of living for a few hours in that distant era.

The excavations began at the behest of Charles III of Bourbon and are considered one of the best testimonies of Roman life. Many of the finds, such as furnishings, frescoes, mosaics, and statues, can be found in the National Archaeological Museum of Naples.

Return to Naples in the evening

You cannot miss a traditional dinner in the center of Naples. Not only pizza and mozzarella, but also “spaghetti”, “pasta”, “polpette” and other specialities that identify the Neapolitan gastronomy.

Day 3 : Capri

09:00 - 17:00 Capri

  • Breakfast at the hotel
  • Transfer by ferry to Capri, free time to visit the island

Capri is a mythical place with its Faraglioni, the Blue Grotto and the” magnificent Villa Jovis or “Palazzo di Tiberio, where the emperor lived his voluntary exile.

The Piazzetta , placed in a panoramic position, has seen numerous famous faces pass over the years.

  • In the afternoon transfer to Naples by boat
  • Individual return to the hotel

Optional (not included) : private boat tour to Capri

With this private boat tour to Capri, with an expert skipper, we’ll escape the crowds and enjoy dazzling views of the rugged coastline from the water. We’ll make a stop to swim and snorkel in quiet coves, explore the coast’s grottoes and on-board snack and Prosecco. After sailing around Capri we’ll stop at the harbour and explore the famous Island by ourselves.

Day 4 : Departure
