Day 1 : Pick up from Kigali airport.

Upon arrival at Kigali international airport and passing through the immigration process, you will be welcomed by our safari driver who will, brief you shortly and transfer you to the booked accommodation.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Visit Kigali genocide memorial & transfer to Musanze : Travel time +2 hrs

Today after taking your early morning breakfast, you will checkout of the lodge and drive to visit Kigali genocide memorial grounds, which honors the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 through education and peace-building. You will be able to watch and listen to some video clips from some of the survivors’ of the incident.

Later you will proceed with a drive to Musanze through the magnificent route to your booked accommodation to catch up with the late lunch and later spend the rest of the afternoon relax and prepare for the next day’s trekking.

Day 3 : Gorilla trekking Experience

Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the briefing from the park officials and thereafter enter the jungle to search the shy mountain gorillas and enjoy their life style in their real home. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour gazing into their big round eyes. On a gorilla safari, a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as walking shoes, packed food and mineral water, insect repellent, sun screen and hut. The gorilla tracking experience takes half or whole day depending on the movement of these primates.

After this gorilla tracking experience in Rwanda you will have informative memorable experience in life. In the afternoon relax at your own leisure, as you take a look at your photos.

Day 4 : Golden monkey trekking & transfer to Kigali : Travel time +2hrs

After your early morning breakfast, you will transfer to the park headquarters together with your packed lunch early enough to be briefed about the code of conduct while with the Golden Monkeys. This will be followed by entering the forest for trekking; the experience is magical and quite challenging, as you move from one trail to another throw the thickets in search for these primates. Quite a number of bird species and other primates plus wildlife can be spotted along the way.

After trekking, you return to the lodge for lunch and later checkout and drive back to Kigali to your booked hotel.

Activities : Golden Monkey Trek & Transfer to Kigali

Meals : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 

Day 5 : Transfer to the airport for your flight.

Today after your morning breakfast, you will checkout of the hotel and head to the Kigali Airport to catch up with your flight back home.
