During the archaeological excavations a wooden stick or scepter carved with the design of this idol was found: a character with two faces (due to the duality of the Andean world) who should be pleased or offered sacrifices so that tragedies did not occur. The Archaeological Sanctuary of Pachacamac occupies an area of almost 500 hectares, and is constituted by a set of mud pyramids, where you can distinguish palaces, temples, squares, streets, etc., highlighting the Temple of the Sun and the Acllahuasi.
