DAY 02 : MEXICO CITY TOUR – ANTHROPOLOGICAL MUSEUM – XOCHIMILCO

Departure to Anthropology Museum (closed on Mondays) considered one of the world's finest archaeological museums, the Museo Nacional de Antropología, houses a vast collection of artifacts in 23 exhibition halls. Its most famous exhibit is the Aztec sun stone, a cosmological calendar. 

Transfer to Xochimilco and take 1 hour tour in trajinera (little boat) Nahuatl name means "field of flowers" and is a set of channels that exist from pre-Hispanic times.

You can still see chinampas, which are artificial crops created on the lake. 1 hour ride included. Lunch at the trajinera not included

Continue to downtown and visit National Palace (outside), Metropolitan Cathedral and Zocalo Square: The roots of Mexico's capital lie in the so-called Historic Center, an area that occupies the original core of the city, which the Aztecs set out like a celestial map, aligned according to the four cardinal points.

DAY 03 : MEXICO CITY – GUADALUPE SHRINE – TEOTIHUACAN – PUEBLA

Departure to Guadalupe Shrine and Three Culture Square: The Basilica of Guadalupe is a shrine in Mexico City that is an important Catholic pilgrimage site and one of the most visited churches in the world. Tlatelolco Square in Mexico City, D. F. (now Three Cultures square) holds a special place in the history of Mexico, and in the hearts and minds of her people.

Continue to Teotihuacan and visit the site: Teotihuacan is one of the most impressive urban architectural complexes in ancient America, and one of the most spectacular archaeological sites in the world. Teotihuacan’s name, "the place where men become gods," expresses what the city meant to the Aztecs.

DAY 04 : PUEBLA – CHOLULA – OAXACA CITY TOUR

Visit The Religious Art Museum Former Convent of Santa Mónica was inaugurated on 1938, in a building of the 16th century. Continue to visit to Cholula archaeological site, take time to climb atop the pyramid. The Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios was built on the pyramid. It is made of brad stone and decorated with 24k gold. The views from this hilltop site are spectacular! And finally, we can have a panoramic visit to historic center of Puebla. 

Continue to Oaxaca "The most noble and loyal City of Antequera", now the City of Oaxaca de Juarez, is the capitol of the state of Oaxaca has been under the moral protection of the UNESCO since 1987. The historic Center contains 26 colonial era temples, five convents and a wide variety of civil structures, which exhibit all the architectural styles from the 16th to the 20th century. We start with a walking tour of the central market and go on to the unequaled "Zocalo" or Main Square.

DAY 5 : OAXACA – MONTEALBAN – APTO OAX / VILLAHERMOSA

Continue to Monte Alban during this excursion we will visit the old Zapotecan capital that was built in a hill set located to 9 km of the city of Oaxaca, where we will admire the Great Place, with its ceremonial buildings.

Visit a small village of Becal, located just at the border of Yucatan and Campeche states. Visit 17-century colonial church. Learn about the process of making Panama hats from palm fiber, watch a demonstration by local artisans who have been working inside caves for generations. 

Continue to Kabah, The Mayan ruins at Kabah are located along what is called the "Puuc Route". It is here in the inland hill country of the Yucatan that the best of Puuc architecture can be found.

DAY 09 : UXMAL – MERIDA CITY TOUR

In the morning Uxmal Site: Uxmal(Yucatan Maya: Óoxmáal) is a large pre-Columbian ruined city of the Maya civilization in the state of Yucatán, Mexico. Though it is thought to also have more than one hidden tomb of the gods. Uxmal is pronounced "Oosh-mahl". The place name is Pre-Columbian and it is usually assumed to be an archaic Maya language phrase meaning "Built Three Times", although some scholars of the Maya language dispute this derivation.

Visit the city Merida is known as the White City, nowadays one of the most tranquil and safest cities in Mexico. Her remote Mayan roots, superb colonial monuments and the splendor of her turn to the XIX century architecture, has made Merida a captivating mixture of cultural influences.

DAY 10 : MERIDA – IZAMAL – CHICHEN ITZA – VALLADOLID

Departure to Izamal considered a colonial jewel because all the buildings are painted with an intense yellow color. The Ex-Franciscan convent that was built over the Mayan pyramids using the stones of them for its construction. 

Continue to Chichen-Itza Site and visit: Chichen-Itza, the most famous archaeological site in Mexico for its extraordinary architecture and its beautiful geographical location.

Continue to Ik kil, a wonderful park that is surrounded by exotic plants and trees, the main attraction of Ik kil is the majestic cenote, as you enter and go down the stone steps a platform that gives you access to the crystal clear and fresh water. Where you can swim, the rental of a life jacket is included.

DAY 11 : VALLADOLID – TULUM – CANCUN

Continue to Tulum: Visit Tulum. The ruins of TULUM were an essential part for the Mayans. It's excellent for travelers who want to have more activities on the same day. We take you to see the only Archaeological Zone located in front of the Caribbean Sea, Tulum better known by its Wall, we will have the opportunity to walk on the Ancient Paths just as the Mayan Priests did.
