OVERVIEW
This 7-day journey through Greece begins in Athens, where travelers explore the city's iconic landmarks, including the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. After immersing in the rich history of Athens, the trip continues to Santorini, where breathtaking views, volcanic landscapes, and the famous Oia sunset await. A Caldera tour offers a unique experience of the island’s natural beauty, including visits to volcanic islands and hot springs. The adventure then moves to Heraklion, Crete, where travelers can enjoy leisure time or opt for an excursion to Elounda, Spinalonga, and Agios Nikolaos, discovering historical sites, crystal-clear waters, and local flavors.
Day 1 : Athens
Arrival in Athens.
Our transfer will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to your hotel. Check-in.

Day 2 : Athens – Athens City Tour & Acropolis Museum
Breakfast and get ready for Athens Half day city tour. This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop).
Continue and pass by the Prime Minister's residence (ex. Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma).
On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally "the harmony between material and spirit", the monument that "puts order in the mind", the Parthenon.
Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum.

Day 3 : Athens – Santorini
Transfer to the port for your ferry boat to Santorini.
Arrival and transfer to your hotel. Check-in.

Day 4 : Santorini – Caldera & Oia Sunset Tour
Breakfast and then starting the tour by bus from the pick-up point, we arrive at the port of Athinios and board the boat. We will sail close to the old port of Fira and make our first stop in the volcanic island of Nea Kameni. Walking up the soil path, we will approach the crater of the still active volcano.
The trip continues to the second volcanic island named Palea Kameni. The boat makes a stop approximately 50 meters from the Hot Springs so you can dive in the green sulphur waters or simply relax and enjoy the view. After the Hot Springs we will sail to Thirasia Island which was part of Santorini before the big explosion of the volcano.
We will stay in Thirasia for two hours having the chance to go swimming, have lunch next to the sea or explore the village of Manolas with its winding steps and traditional houses. Leaving Thirasia Island, the boat will take us to the port of Oia. We will walk up the steps to the most famous place of the world for its amazing sunset.
The tour ends 30 minutes after the sunset. We will gather at the pickup point in Oia where the bus will be waiting to take you back to the point you started the excursion.
Overnight Santorini.
Day 5 : Santorini – Heraklion
Transfer to the port for your speed boat to Heraklion.
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Check-in.
Overnight Heraklion.
Day 6 : Heraklion
Free day at leisure.
Optional Elounda, Spinalonga BBQ, Agios Nikolaos :
This excursion is a trip back in time since it carries the sensation and the feel of another era…Our excursion starts from the beautiful harbor of Elounda where we will get on board to visit the bay of and the beach of Kolokitha. Here you have plenty of time for swimming at the crystal clear waters, tasting the BBQ served on board. The menu includes pork* chop BBQ, Greek salad, feta cheese, bread, wine or Fanta and seasonal fruit.
After our visit at the bay of Kolokitha (app. 1 ½ hours) we depart for the island of Spinalonga. The history and the culture of the island of Spinalonga became one with human tragedy in the course of time. This small isle carries within the history of Ancient Greece, as it served as a natural guard for the ancient city of Olous ; the history of Saracens as a hide-out for their pirates; the history of Venetians as their fortress; the history of Turks as their settlement (guided tour on the island).
As we head towards our last destination from Elounda by bus, we will have the opportunity for a quick olive oil tasting, before arriving the capital town of Lasithi, Agios Nikolaos. There, you can relax in a café next to the bottomless Lake of Voulismeni and enjoy your walk to the local shops.
Overnight Heraklion.
Day 7 : Heraklion
Transfer to the airport for your flight back home, having the best impression from your trip!
